I think the product is good, but the service is terrible
We had to pay UPS $33 upon delivery because it came from France!!!! Box came damaged and it’s a gift. Seller responded in French, so no idea what they said. I thought buying from Etsy was local/ United States not France with a tariff (?) $33.10 charge at delivery. Extremely disappointed at all levels

Terrible customer service. I ordered on December 1 and the package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve requested a refund from the seller several times, but they still have not responded to me. They have not processed the refund yet either, so Etsy got involved. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from this storefront unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

Contacted seller, give me some tracking number from a place in France I couldn’t get to work. Never apologized and told me I was rude and they refused a refund and said to contact Etsy because of my attitude. I guess America has actual customer service and France has arrogance.

When the package arrived, there was tape wrapped on the outside of the parcel that said US Customs had inspected the package and re-taped the box. Regardless, the item arrived in excellent condition and is as described.

The item itself was great however I ordered personalization and it arrived with the wrong name and in a very damaged box. When I reached out the seller it took weeks for a response. Finally when they did respond they took two weeks to send the updated bandana with the correct name. It’s has been 3 weeks since they said they shipped it and I haven’t received the correct personalized bandana. Very disappointed with the service.

Absolutely painful experience. I ordered this a month before Christmas. They advertise their estimated delivery and it is SO wrong. I still haven’t received my item and it’s now nearly two weeks from their delivery window. And on top of that? I asked for a refund and they didn’t even know how to process it. Don’t order from them, it’s not worth the hassle.
